New Increased Limit for Government Incentive
The new sale price limit to which the (up to) $25,000 government incentive for new housing can be applied has risen to $1,364,062 (in Humacao). This means that up to $25,000 can be applied to new developments with properties for sale at or below this price who register the units with DACO. More reasons to BUY NOW!!!
